This is a UI/UX project for the COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) Transit App that introduces a more streamlined and more mobile-integrated way of experiencing public transit.

The development of the project followed a systematic and iterative approach, including identifying the problem space, interviewing transit users to collect user experience data, proposing possible features, designing prototypes, conducting user testing, analyzing results, and refining the prototype.
